I can't think of anything I would change with my experience buying a used car from this dealership. I'm so used to shady, unethical stuff at used car dealerships that I didn't even know it could go like this. The salesperson, Ian, was helpful on the phone and in person, professional. The car was priced fairly and there was no need to negotiate. There were no surprise fees or "mandatory" add-ons at the last minute. They even had a brief warranty on the purchase which was totally unexpected. Highly recommend.
An anxiety-free experience. I had total faith that my classic '90 535i would be well looked after. I needed some major things done, including a new driveshaft. The driveshaft and ABS relays were a few weeks out from Germany. The car was at the dealership for a month in the end, but I knew it was being kept safely inside. I was totally fine with the cost, especially considering all of the storage; and Nik Z was generous enough to waive the cost of the ABS relays, that did not restore the ABS due to a bad (discontinued) ABS module. Yet another dealership. The service advisor was a little condescending. However, when I picked the vehicle up, the customer service person was friendly and helpful. There are several little work stations so you can plug-in while you wait. Or you can take advantage of the $20 Uber credit.

When leasing my last car, I worked with ~5 different BMW dealerships in the larger area. BMW of Seattle was by far the best in integrity, speed and process. Ian, their salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and the end to end process was fast and transparent. They made me a reasonable starting offer and went the extra mile in compensating that their systems had issues (CDK hack).
I’ve been servicing my car here since 2015. Regular maintenance and repairs, it is not a new car. This is my fifth BMW and I would not go anywhere else. They are not cheap, but the work was always well done, professionally, no shortcuts. I can’t say the same about some other BMW shops in the area: a few times BMW Seattle was busy and I tried other places, I ended up regretting each one of those visits. It was a no-nonsense experience. I knew what I wanted to look at when I came into the showroom. I connected with Ian right away, he showed me what I was interested in and I was able to take a helpful test drive. Great service and great staff. I’ve been doing my car service here despite the fact that I don’t live close by. The regular oil change is fast and very affordable (around $100, includes oil and filter) that price is unbeatable in the Greater Seattle area. They have a big lounge for me to hang out and even offer quiet room so that I can pick up phone-call from work while waiting. I was really pleased with my service. They gave me a courtesy car for a week to fix my car's FRM. They worked diligently and quickly. I was also able to work from their office and they provide refreshments and speedy wifi.
Clean, spacious dealership, with lots of amenities. Very kid friendly. Bought from them before and came back for another one. Staff was very attentive and respectful even though we didn't have an appointment. We worked with Roussevelt who was super friendly, professional and helpful, and he got us a good price as well. It's a long term review. I have been service my car here ever since 2019. I got to say this place is probably the best certified bmw service center at least in the West Coast. Took my X5M in twice for the same stuttering action while turning sharply. Drained the transfer case according to a service bulletin and refilled with appropriate oil the first time. Issue remained and paperwork was submitted, BMW then got the go-ahead to replace the transfer case. All handled professionally and promptly.

Great service at this BMW dealer. First purchase was a great deal on a loaner X1 a few years ago. Recently had a very good experience purchasing a used X3. Benson was particularly helpful for securing a vehicle that was a very good fit for me, quite early as it hit the market. Also took care of a few minor things I pointed out on the car, as well as continuing to be available post sale for my questions.
