Just wanted to share my experience this week at Seattle BMW. This was the single easiest car purchase I have ever made. All done inside of two hours. BENSON was my sales specialist. Very attentive and on top of stuff. He made a dreary process fun and enjoyable. 10/10 rating!
Shad was amazing after setting expectations and communicating changes such as the loss of certain functions due to supply chain issues or the such. His estimate on when the car was available was almost to the day. I also appreciated not paying a market price adjustment.

It's unclear why anyone would spend a premium at The BMW Seattle dealer for any service related matter. Hard to get to, not loaner vehicles, multiple hour drop-off/pick-ups, insane labor rates, and no help with parts for upgrading basic components like OEM head units, or software updates.
Karl Enemark was very calm and patient in trying to find the car we were looking for. He tried his best to find one quickly and have it turned around for pickup in a day. Super happy with the Sales Department at BMW Seattle. We were offered a declined delivery on an i4 and Robert/Rachel made the process hassle-free and extremely efficient. (in and out in 2.5 hours!) I have had quite a few issues with my 2017 330i since purchasing it in April 2021. I have also had my share of Service Advisors. Some pretty good, and some not so much. Josh has been absolutely amazing, attentive, empathetic, and hilarious. It's great to have someone who can understand the frustration of a customer, and do their best to turn a negative into a positive.

Excellent sales service. Calm, not pushy, patient, no hidden costs. Sales crew is knowledgeable and able to provide not-so-trivial solutions for individual needs. Karl was really passionate about my M5 order and followed through delivery, which took almost a year from the first visit, due to manufacturing schedules.
