I worked closely with Robert in sales on this, and appreciated that he took the parts of my build that I considered mandatory and sent me the sheets for any incoming M50s that were close - ended up getting one that ticked most of my boxes immediately instead of in 9 months, pretty great. Payment was very streamlined, I worked with Staci on payment and extended warranty and thought her advice was logical and not pushy, she even suggested paying partly on a credit card if I wanted the points, which I did.

Nik was outstanding, we got a prompt update on our vehicle and we appreciate that. The total service time is fast.

Robert made the whole process easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the car, had fantastic follow-through (it was a certified pre-owned and there were a couple items to work through) and I would definitely work with him again or refer him to a friend.

I fly from Portland to pickup my 2023 Alpina B7. Michael, my sale person was very kind to pick me up from airport. Friendly atmosphere, paper work took relatively short time maybe 1-1.5 hour and I was on my way home in my new Car!

Seemed a little messy, I didn't like some of the comments that I overheard from a service staff. Giving a personal statement of ones thoughts on a person sexuality is not professional and not warranted in a business setting.

I was able to get my third BMW from these guys and i’m constantly grateful for their quick and helpful service. Benson, as always, was incredibly knowledgeable about several vehicles on the lot and helped me find the right car for me. Our finance manager was also kind (and very persuasive) with our final negotiations. Overall, I’d highly recommend BMWSeattle and especial my Benson when buying a new or used car.

Nik and team was able to get me in at the last minute when my engine started to stutter and sound like it was going to turn off while I was driving the car. He was also able to secure a loaner car at the last minute, which was a real treat since I usually have to schedule two weeks out to get one. The car has been running great since I picked it up. Icing on the cake was the car was washed and it even seemed cleaner on the inside than when I dropped it off.

I experienced an emergency repair with security issues, the customer service rep advised to bring the car in immediately. The repair required a parts order w/ a 3 - 4 day lead time. My Service Rep went to extra lengths to find a loaner car for me and all this happened over the Christmas holiday weekend. That is excellent service on both counts & very much appreciated!
